Recently I hypnotised a room of thirty six people for relaxation. I can offer group sessions to assist people with self control and resolve to help with weight control.

Counselling can help clarify and set goals, offer new resources and build confidence to continue and face life’s problems. Past Life Regression
Past Life Regression is a process of exploring the causes in past lives that are
responsible for issues in our current life. It is based on the theory that we are
reincarnated many times in our existence. I also offer advanced PLR which covers genealogical past lives.
